Information about payment, visits and refunds at Sæby Flyveklub.
1. Who are you dealing with?
Sæby Flyveklub · EKSA
CVR: 39622882
Understedvej 150, 9300 Sæby
Telephone: +45 28 44 99 38
Email: bestyrelsen@eksa.dk
These terms apply between Sæby Flyveklub and the pilot or guest paying for a landing or visit at Sæby / Ottestrup airfield. They do not cover membership, membership fees, courses or events.
2. Services and prices
The landing fee is DKK 50 per landing, as stated in the pilot information. This is the total price in Danish kroner.
Any separate guest services and their total price must be disclosed and agreed before purchase. Contact the club before your visit if you require a service other than landing.
3. Payment
The landing fee is paid during the visit using MobilePay 77043, unless otherwise agreed with the club. Include the aircraft registration and visit date in the message. Check the recipient and amount before approving payment.
Keep your payment receipt. If you need a separate receipt, email the board with the payment date, amount and aircraft registration. Paying a landing or guest fee does not create a subscription or automatic recurring payments.
4. Delivery and access to the airfield
The service is provided at Sæby / Ottestrup airfield in connection with the landing or agreed guest visit. No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping costs.
Payment is not landing permission or PPR approval. Follow the pilot information, obtain the necessary PPR, and check current conditions, NOTAMs and applicable aeronautical information before flying.
5. Cancellation, changes and withdrawal
Please contact the club if your visit is cancelled or rescheduled. If you prepaid for a landing or guest visit that does not take place, the unused service will be refunded. Alternatively, you may agree with the club to use the payment for a later visit.
For a distance contract, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is concluded. Before the deadline, clearly notify bestyrelsen@eksa.dk or write to the club’s address stating that you wish to withdraw. Include your name, the service, contract date and any payment reference.
Providing a service within the 14-day period requires your express request. The right of withdrawal is only lost once the service has been fully performed, provided you expressly accepted this beforehand and acknowledged the loss of that right. A MobilePay payment alone is not such consent. If you withdraw after performance has begun, proportional payment may only be required where the legal conditions are met.
6. Returns and refunds
There are no goods to return. If you pay twice, pay an incorrect amount or pay for a visit that does not take place, contact the board with the date, amount, aircraft registration and payment reference. Do not send card details or other sensitive payment information.
Refunds are made without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice or the club’s confirmation of another refund. The same payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no refund fee is charged. If the club cannot provide a prepaid service, the amount for the unprovided part will be refunded.
7. Complaints
If there is a problem with payment or the service provided, contact bestyrelsen@eksa.dk. Describe the problem and include relevant documentation. The board will investigate and respond with a solution. These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory legislation.
If we cannot find a solution, consumers may investigate complaint options through Nævnenes Hus, including the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution and Consumer Complaints Board. A complaint can only be considered there if the purchase meets the applicable requirements, including monetary thresholds and subject matter.
8. Disputes
We first try to resolve disagreements through dialogue. The contract is governed by Danish law, respecting consumers’ mandatory rights. If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue or a relevant complaints body, it may be brought before the courts under the applicable jurisdiction rules.
